Harp Sangha – Chairman, Interim CEO & CFO
Mr. Sangha has been a founder, CEO and board member of several public companies and brings 27 years of entrepreneurial, operational and capital market experience to Verde Science. In 1986 he started his career as Investment Advisor and gained his affinity for raising capital for numerous startups and early stage public companies. Mr. Sangha departed this position in March 2006 to apply his unique ability of bringing capital to early stage projects and founded Douglas Lake Minerals. In the role of CEO, his leadership in Douglas Lake overcame rigorous operational challenges in the African environment and brought the value of the company to $240 million. He has also served as CEO, Secretary, and director of Sharprock Resources Inc. (OTCBB: SHRK) where he raised capital to explore a preproduction gold project in the Chukotka Region of Russia. Then in 2012, he joined Rango Energy, Inc. as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. During his career, Mr. Sangha has established many valuable industry contacts and relationships with institutional clients worldwide.

Neil Mundie – Corporate Development
Mr. Mundie has experience in the capital markets and investment banking industry beginning his career working for Macquarie Group where he financed numerous public companies in the technology, consumer products and healthcare sector. After leaving the banking industry Mr. Mundie brokered partnerships in the commodities industry with a focus on refined fuel products in China. Furthermore, Mr. Mundie founded his own consulting company where he provided advisory services for software development companies who made applications in the social gaming and biotech industries. Mr. Mundie has extensive experience and expertise through his ongoing consulting services providing corporate finance services to start up companies in the consumer products, technology, and cleantech fields.

Craig Alford – Director, Head of Overseas Sales
Mr. Alford has wide-ranging global business development and operational experience having worked throughout North and South America, Southeast and Central Asia, Australia, Africa, Russia and China. Mr. Alford has served as a director and in management for a number of public companies and has played a key role in successfully raising millions of dollars in equity. His experience has included independent consulting assignments, and has held various technical and managerial positions within the several junior and major multinational companies. Mr. Alford has been responsible for the direct expenditure and budgeting of hundreds of millions of dollars and has developed comprehensive economic analysis for billion dollar M & A transactions. Mr. Alford holds both an Honours Bachelor of Science and a Masters Degree in Science.

Sam Sangha – Sales Manager
Mr. Sangha began his career as an investment advisor at Global Securities Corporation in 2004 and focused on the natural resource and mining sector where he worked till 2010. Over that period Mr. Sangha built a network of retail and institutional investors across North America and Europe. Mr. Sangha left Global Securities in 2010 and joined Douglas Lake Minerals as head of Investor Relations/Corporate Development. While working at Douglas Lake Minerals, Mr. Sangha focused on financing, investor presentations, and corporate relations. Mr. Sangha currently is leading the charge for sales at Envoy, and developing the market in North America.
